Starting Wednesday, June 3, 2020 the Wayne County Court System will have hearings on domestic and divorce cases.  Wayne County State Court will start having hearings on Monday, June 8, 2020 in the morning & afternoon sessions.  If you have a question concerning an appearance notice for Wayne County State/Superior Court, please call the Wayne County Clerk of Court's office at (912) 427-5930.  You can locate the Georgia Court Reopening Guide on the news section at the bottom of this page.
