Cancelling Trips

                                                         TRANSIT POLICY FOR CANCELLING TRIPS
 
• If a client cancels three times on the day of their trips, they will be required to start  pre-paying for future transports.
 
• If a client has to cancel, we require them to cancel one day ahead of time.  It is solely up to the discretion of the Transit Director and Transit Supervisor what will be deemed to be an excessive cancellation.
 
Wayne County Transit prides our self on trying to help as many citizens as we can, however these unforeseen issues cause us not to transport other citizens in need of our service.
