Lake Grace Boat Ramp Closure for Boat Races | April 9–12, 2026

Lake Grace will be closed to all boating and water activity from April 9 through April 12, 2026, due to the annual Boat Races taking place during this time. This closure applies to the entire lake, not just the boat ramps.

The Wayne County Board of Commissioners invites all citizens to come out and enjoy the races from the shoreline. This is a free event, and spectators are welcome to watch and support the participants throughout the weekend.

We appreciate the public’s cooperation during this temporary closure and look forward to a fun and exciting event at Lake Grace.
