We would like to congratulate Buddy Starling as being named the New Road Superintendent of Wayne County.  Kenny Teston the outgoing Road Superintendent will be working for Mr. Jeffords on a special assignment.  We would like to express our appreciation for Kenny Teston's leadership in the Road Department for 23 years and the legacy of road maintenance "know how" he has left with us.
