    3. Library Board- Becky Henderson- was appointed in our meeting held on August 14, 2025, but she does not live in Wayne County

    1. Consider/Approve Chemours boundary not included in original permit
    2. Consider/Approve FY2026 Budget
    3. Consider/Approve resolution for millage rate
    4. Consider/Approve resolution authorizing the filing of an application with the Department of Transportation for Transit for FY2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027)
    5. Consider/Approve resolution for the Altamaha Leisure & Service Authority to apply for grant
    6. Robby Smart, Election Supervisor- Consider/Approve Intergovernmental agreement between the City of Jesup, City of Screven, and City of Odum concerning the holding of city elections
    7. Jarad Huffman, Fire Chief- Consider/Approve purchase of SCBA (self-contained breathing apparatus)
    8. Patrick Parson, EMS Chief- Consider/Approve intent to purchase Lucas Devices

  11. APPOINTMENTS

    1. Tax Assessor Board- District 3 Monica O'Quinn- originally reappointed July 7, 2025, at the time of her reappointment, Mrs. O'Quinn was not in compliance with continuing education requirements. She has since fulfilled all necessary continuing education requirements and is now in full compliance.
